Tom Rutherford is responsible for the design and implementation of custom infrastructure and applications to support portfolio creation, analysis, and quality control at Research Affiliates. 

Tom holds a MSc in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a BASc in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and has over a decade of professional software engineering experience. Prior to joining Research Affiliates, he designed software in the precision agriculture and neural interface device industries.
