Chris Harper leads the Information Technology team, which manages IT infrastructure and end-user support. Chris also serves as the chief information security officer on the Information Security Committee, which oversees cyber and information security strategies for Research Affiliates.

For more than 20 years, Chris has held various positions in information technology. Prior to joining Research Affiliates, he was a senior network engineer and IT consultant for Miles Consulting Corporation, where he was responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting various IT solutions.  

Chris earned a BA in social sciences with an emphasis in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
