Ben Wells is responsible for designing and developing the systems and applications supporting the external websites and interactive tools of Research Affiliates. 

With over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, Ben has had the opportunity to build a broad range of enterprise solutions with a variety of technologies from backend to front. Prior to joining Research Affiliates, he worked for BlackRock for many years, rising from an entry-level associate to director, leading a team in the design and implementation of a web-based CRM platform.

Ben holds a BS in computer science from Columbus State University.
